Refund Policy
All web design service payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as each project is custom-tailored to your brand. If you wish to cancel before the design process starts, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds will be issued after design work has started.

Turnaround Time Policy
Turnaround times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours are processed the next business day. Orders submitted over the weekend are treated as received on Monday, with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.
Standard Turnaround: 3–4 weeks
Rush Turnaround (+$200): 2 weeks
Priority Turnaround (+$400): 5 business days
Custom Stock Photos
If you don’t have photos for your design, we offer realistic stock photos for your convenience. These images are custom-curated or AI-generated to match your brand’s aesthetic. Because each selection requires time and creative resources, an additional fee of $100 applies for stock photos.
Deposit Policy
Clients who choose not to pay in full must submit a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure their project. The remaining balance is due before the final website launch or delivery of files. Work will not begin until the deposit is received, and failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed date will result in project delays or cancellation without refund.
