REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file or resource has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why?
Digital products cannot be returned like physical goods. As soon as a product is downloaded or accessed, it becomes permanently available to you. This policy protects the integrity of our work and helps prevent unauthorized sharing.

Exceptions
We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • You are unable to use or access the product due to technical limitations (please check compatibility before purchase)

  • You thought it was a physical product
     

Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank for investigation and you will be banned from any future purchases and services from this site.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Delivery: Digital products will be available for immediate download or sent via email after purchase. Please provide accurate contact details to avoid delays.

  • Usage Rights: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. Reselling or redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once delivered. Contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.

  • Product Compatibility: It’s your responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with your software/system before purchasing. No refunds for compatibility issues.

  • Ownership & Copyright: Products remain the intellectual property of the creator. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

  • Support: Limited support is available for technical or usage questions. Reach out if needed.

  • Product Modifications: We may update or modify products without notice. Updated versions are not automatically provided.

  • Security & Privacy: We ensure secure transactions but are not responsible for device security or file loss after delivery.

WEBSITES TEMPLATES POLICY

Pre-made websites purchased from our website are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the design as your own is strictly prohibited. If commercial use has specific restrictions or allowances, these will be detailed in the product description. Purchasers may modify the website design, text, images, or layout to suit their needs. Extensive customization services are not included in the purchase but can be arranged for an additional fee upon request. Basic support for file-related issues is included for up to 14 days after purchase. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or advanced troubleshooting is not included but can be purchased separately. The customer is responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, app fees, etc. Luxe Gfx will provide the website design and limited product uploads only. The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the website platform. Luxe Gfx is not responsible if your website is closed/suspended due to the nature of products/services the client offers. Please have an active domain and a paid account for your platform. If not do not have either of those things, please let me know and I will help you.

TEMPLATE DESIGN POLICY 

Templates purchased from our website are for personal or commercial use by the purchaser only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the designs as your own is strictly prohibited. If a license allows for limited commercial use, it will be explicitly stated in the product description. You may customize the templates to suit your needs (e.g., colors, text, layouts). Credit for the design is not required but appreciated if applicable. All templates are delivered in digital formats via Canva. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email or a direct download on the website. Basic troubleshooting or guidance on using the templates is available via email support. Customization requests or extensive modifications are not included in the purchase.
