By using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, if you access or use any portion of this site in any way. You are not permitted to access the website or make use of any services if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions that are outlined in this agreement. If this document is taken into consideration as an offer, the terms under which it can be accepted will be strictly adhered to. When making a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to all policies set by Luxe Gfx and Luxe Gfx is not at fault if you have failed to fully read and understand these policies.

We are committed to utilizing our top-notch security tools to ensure that your identity, financial information, and accounts are kept safe. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Luxe Gfx. We care about your privacy and have developed this Policy to describe the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices, in connection with your use of our website, including www.luxegfx.com, and any of our products and services and other websites that link to this Policy (collectively, our “Sites.”). It also applies to information that we collect when you communicate with us, and information we collect through offline methods.

Information You Directly Provide to Us:
Your Account Information: When you use our Sites, you may provide certain information directly to us. For example, when you register for an account with us, you provide us with your first and last name, email address, and country of residence. You will also create a username and password. When you create a full Luxe Gfx account, we may additionally collect your billing address and credit card information.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the digital and customized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
For custom design services, work begins immediately upon payment or deposit, and all time, concepts, and digital assets created are non-refundable. For digital products such as templates, eBooks, stock photos, and downloadable files, access is granted instantly, making them ineligible for refunds.
If you experience an issue with your purchase—such as trouble accessing your files or questions about your order—please contact us at info@luxegfx.com, and we will be happy to assist. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT POLICY
All web design service payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as each project is custom-tailored to your brand. If you wish to cancel before the design process starts, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds will be issued after design work has started.
Deposits
All payments must be made directly through the website to ensure your order is properly queued and completed on time. Orders under $300 must be paid in full at checkout. For orders over $300, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once your order is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before final files or items are delivered.
Requirements
To begin your Luxe GFX web design project, you must complete the Design Form, have an active Shopify or Wix plan, and provide your domain access information along with your branded email.
Ghost Policy
Clients must provide all information requested for a project in a timely manner. If there is a delay on your behalf, the completion date of your project will change. Clients must keep communication going, if more time is needed to gather information, that is to be discussed along with check-ins. We are aware that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may occur, we just ask that you kindly notify us! After 45 days of no communication, there will be a $150 restart fee. After 90 days (3 months), your project is forfeited, and no refund shall be issued. Your entire project will come to a close!
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours are processed the next business day. Orders submitted over the weekend are treated as received on Monday, with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.
Standard Turnaround: 3–4 weeks
Rush Turnaround (+$200): 2 weeks
Priority Turnaround (+$400): 5 business days
WEBSITE TEMPLATE POLICY
Pre-made websites purchased from our website are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the design as your own is strictly prohibited. If commercial use has specific restrictions or allowances, these will be detailed in the product description. Purchasers may modify the website design, text, images, or layout to suit their needs. Extensive customization services are not included in the purchase but can be arranged for an additional fee upon request. Basic support for file-related issues is included for up to 14 days after purchase. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or advanced troubleshooting is not included but can be purchased separately. The customer is responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, app fees, etc. Luxe Gfx will provide the website design and limited product uploads only. The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the website platform. Luxe Gfx is not responsible if your website is closed/suspended due to the nature of products/services the client offers. Please have an active domain and a paid account for your platform. If not do not have either of those things, please let me know and I will help you.
POLICY CHANGES
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page. We encourage you to read this page each time that you use our Sites so that you will be aware of any changes, and your continued use of our Sites shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. Changes to this Policy take effect from the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.
COMMUNICATION
All communication will take place exclusively via email or through your design portal. Phone calls and phone consultations are not accepted in order to maintain a clear and organized paper trail. Luxe GFX works diligently on every client project, so please note that there will not be constant communication once your order is submitted or during the design process. This does not mean your project is being ignored or delayed. You will receive updates directly within your design portal as progress is made.

Business hours are Monday - Friday 10AM-7PM EST. Closed on all major holidays. All emails sent after business hours, will be answered on the following business day.
