TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Luxe GFX Design Studio™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our services, digital products, or custom design work, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Before accessing or using our website in any way, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the following Terms and Conditions. When making a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to all policies set by Luxe GFX Design Studio™ and Luxe GFX Design Studio™ is not at fault if you have failed to fully read and understand these policies.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Luxe GFX Design Studio™, we prioritize your privacy and the protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and your choices. It applies to your use of our website, products, services, and any linked sites, as well as information collected when you communicate with us or offline. We use advanced security measures to keep your identity, financial information, and accounts safe. The full Privacy Policy is available for download and review at your convenience.
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Luxe GFX Design Studio™. All sales are final. Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. For custom design services, no refunds are provided once work has begun. If the Client cancels before the design process starts, the 50% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. All digital products (templates, eBooks, presets, downloads, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience any download issues, please contact us for support. All deposits are non-refundable and secure your project slot.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and must be paid before any work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and before final files are released. Payment indicates agreement to all project terms, timelines, and deliverables. Delays in payment may result in paused work, missed deadlines, or rescheduling of your project. All payments are final and non-transferable. Luxe GFX Design Studio™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if payments are not made as outlined.
DEPOSITS
All payments must be made directly through our website to ensure your order is properly queued and completed on time. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once your order is completed, the remaining balance will be sent to you in an invoice and must be paid in full before any final files or items are delivered. All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your design time and reserve your project slot.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any Client who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be: immediately blacklisted from future services, denied use of any delivered or draft design work, subject to legal action for fees, costs, and damages (my lawyer is on deck, respectfully). We encourage Clients to contact us directly with concerns before involving their bank.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a service agreement to sign. Please complete our design form and provide all content, brand details, logos, images, and any necessary files before your project begins. For website design projects, you must have an active Shopify, Wix, or Acuity plan and provide domain access and a branded email. Timely communication and clear, consolidated feedback are required. Luxe GFX Design Studio™ is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary by workload and project scope. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed due to the creative nature of design. Client delays—such as late communication, unclear feedback, or missing assets—may extend deadlines. Turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends are processed the next business day. The timeline begins once all required materials, forms, and contracts are submitted.
REVISIONS & APPROVAL
Each design package includes 2 rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions are available at $60 per round. Once the Client provides final approval, all deliverables are considered accepted.
GHOST POLICY
Clients must provide all requested information promptly. Delays may affect the project timeline. If more time is needed, please communicate with us. After 45 days of no communication, a $150 restart fee applies. After 90 days, the project is forfeited with no refund.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
High-quality visuals are essential for creating a refined, professional design. If you do not have professional photos available, we offer realistic, custom-curated or AI-generated stock imagery tailored perfectly to your brand’s aesthetic. Because each selection requires time, creative direction, and personalization, a $100 stock photo curation fee will apply.
DESIGN & PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Luxe GFX Design Studio™ retains full ownership of all design concepts, drafts, and unused ideas. Final approved designs are licensed for Client use only after full payment is received. Luxe GFX Design Studio™ also reserves the right to showcase completed work—including logos, graphics, and brand assets—in our portfolio, social media, marketing materials, or website. If confidentiality is required, an NDA must be arranged before the project begins.
CLIENT DESIGN PORTAL POLICY
The Client Portal is where all project files, updates, and revisions will be managed. By using the Portal, you agree to keep your login private, upload all required content on time and submit revisions only through the Portal. If communication stops for 45 days, the project will be marked abandoned with no refunds. If the Portal has technical issues, communication will temporarily move to email.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
I am always excited to work with my clients and strive to maintain a positive, respectful relationship. However, if a client becomes negligent, hostile, disrespectful, or uncooperative, I reserve the right to withdraw from the project. If work has already begun, any payments made are forfeited with no refunds. If the project has not started, all payments will be refunded and the project formally closed. This policy ensures a safe and professional environment for both parties.
FILE DELIVERY
Final files will be delivered in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, PSD, or AI as applicable). Source files are only included if the package explicitly states so.
COMMUNICATION
All communication will take place via email or your design portal to maintain a clear record. Phone calls are not accepted. Updates will be shared in your portal as your project progresses. For questions, email us at info@luxegfx.com. New inquiries may take up to 48 hours for a response, and emails sent after business hours will be answered the next business day. Minimal interruptions help us deliver designs more efficiently and at higher quality.
POLICY CHANGES
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page. We encourage you to read this page each time that you use our Sites so that you will be aware of any changes, and your continued use of our Sites shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. Changes to this Policy take effect from the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.
