We understand that hiring a web designer is a major decision, and you likely have a few questions before getting started. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here are the most common questions clients ask before beginning their project with us.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the digital nature of these products, they can’t be returned and are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all major debit cards. We also accept PayPal, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay, CashApp and Google Pay.
How do I access my purchase?
Immediately after purchase, you’ll be able to download a PDF containing link(s) to your purchase, along with instructions. You’ll also receive the same PDF via email (download link valid for 30 days). If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If the link expires, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Are the templates customizable?
All templates are fully customizable—change colors, text, and other elements to match your brand. Canva is super beginner-friendly, and if you're new to it, you can explore helpful tutorials here.
