After purchase you will gain access to your design portal, where you will be able to complete your design form. Please complete it to share your style, preferences, and expectations. The turnaround time for your package will begin once the completed form has been submitted.

Refund Policy

For all custom design services, this includes branding, logos, web design, social media graphics, marketing materials, and any service requiring custom creative work, once work has begun, as each project is custom-tailored to your brand. If you wish to cancel before the design process starts, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs. 

Deposit Policy

All payments must be made directly through our website to ensure your order is properly queued and completed on time. Orders under $300 must be paid in full at checkout. For orders over $300, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once your order is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before final files or items are delivered. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of project stage. Deposits secure your design time and reserve your project slot.

Client Requirements & Responsibilities

To begin your Luxe GFX design project, you must fully complete our design form, provide all content, brand details, logos, images, and necessary files before the project begins. If you are looking to book a website design, you must have an active Shopify, Wix, or Acuity booking site plan and provide your domain access information along with your branded email. We also ask that you respond to communication in a timely manner and give clear, consolidated feedback. Luxe GFX Design Studio™ is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information.

Turnaround Time Policy

Turnaround times vary based on workload and project scope. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed due to the creative and collaborative nature of design work. Delays caused by the Client—such as late communication, unclear feedback, or missing assets—may extend deadlines. Turnaround times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours are processed the next business day. Orders submitted over the weekend are treated as received on Monday, with the turnaround time beginning on Tuesday.
